Warranty

At Beyond the Wake we strive to offer our customers outstanding quality, value, and service. Before your item is shipped we inspect each product to be free from defects in workmanship and material. In the event an item is found to be defective we offer a 30 day repair/exchange warranty. Returned item(s) shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Beyond the Wake liability is limited to the cost of the defective product. No other warranty is expressed or implied.

Returning a Purchase

Beyond the Wake will apply a 20% restocking fee to any approved returned item not due to manufacturer’s defects. Original shipping and handling charges and item return shipping charges are not refundable. If you cancel your order, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded if the item has already shipped from our company. Special Order/Custom items are covered under warranty but are not refundable.
To receive a credit or repair/exchange call (916) 879-5209 or email info@beyondthewake.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please allow 10 business days from the day you return your package for your refund to be credited or exchange made. Be sure that the RMA# is clearly displayed on the outside of your package. Also make sure to include your name, address, and daytime phone number. All packages that do not display a RMA # will be refused and sent back to the sender at the sender’s expense.

Liability

The customer shall test and verify the suitability of the product for its intended use as created by Beyond the Wake. The customer assumes all risk and liability. Beyond the Wake limits its obligation to replacement or repair for products proven defective. Beyond the Wake shall not be liable for any loss or damage from the use or inability to use the product.
